    You can contact us at 014-923-3929 and our on-duty Customer Service Executive will assist you with any problems you may encounter. Drop us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • 2. CAN I STILL AMEND THE DETAILS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY BOOKING?
    Yes, you can. You can contact us by email/chat to inform us of the changes that you wish to make. Just provide your booking number so that we can amend it accordingly and send the new booking details to you. However, for a change of address, services or moving date, the booking price may change according to the changes you made. We will only proceed once you agree with the new pricing.
  • 3. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLE TO CHOOSE?
    Kindly contact us via whatsapp/call and our Customer Service will assist in recommending a suitable vehicle and services.
  • 4. WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF VEHICLES YOU HAVE?
    We offer a wide range of vehicles from 4×4, van, 1 tonne, 3 tonne to 5 tonne lorries. For small and loose items, you may choose a 4×4 pickup truck or van. If you are moving bulky items, you can choose between a 1 tonne, 3 tonnes (14 feet), or 5 tonnes (17 feet) lorry. The lorries that are in our fleet pool are mostly canvas-type lorries. We do however have boxed lorries, but you may have to inquire for availability to hire one. Need a bigger lorry than the ones we offer? Please contact our Customer Service and we will help out as much as we can to assist you in finding a more suitable sized lorry for you.
  • 5. WHAT HAPPENS IF I REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TRIPS?
    In the case of a moving day where you discover that your items would not be able to fit and move in one trip and that you require multiple trips, please contact us via hotline. We will calculate and advise the additional trip charge. As our service is on a trip basis, any additional trip charge will be based on the original booking price. To avoid last-minute additional charges, please ensure that you chose the suitable vehicle type and services or contact our Customer Service for advice on which vehicle and services to choose.
  • 6. WHAT IS SHRINK WRAP?
    Or, you may call it a cling wrap. It is used to protect furniture such as a couch, wardrobe, or mattress. If you add on the shrink wrap, our dedicated movers will help you to wrap the item on the move day.
